A time I was exposed to entrepreneurship was a project I had during the class "Creativity in Action" for the Innovation Academy. This project required us to get into groups and come up with an original product that could innovate traveling. We had to come up with both the marketing scheme for the product as well as design a functional prototype to be on display at the Catalyst. My group came up with the idea of a mobile laundry basket. This idea was intended to revolutionize laundry for college students and those who live in apartments such as big cities in New York. We prepared the prototype and presented at the Catalyst and were awarded the "Make it Happen" award.

The reason I enrolled into this class was to receive more knowledge on entrepreneurship. My goal in life is to become an entrepreneur, and I am hoping that this class will teach me the skills necessary to continue my path toward success.
